Duke Kassolis
Co-Chairman and President
Duke Kassolis served as Executive Vice President, Asset Management and a member of the five person Executive Committee for The Rouse Company (NYSE-RSE), one of the country’s largest and most successful REITs, until its sale in November, 2004.
Duke was responsible for all aspects of development, operations and leasing for over 50 million square feet of large scale retail and 12 million square feet of office space located in 22 states held by the Rouse Company. Subsequent to the sale of the Rouse Company, Duke and Al Scavo, founded SK Holdings Real Estate developing land and commercial real estate in Texas and Florida, typically with the goal of long term ownership. From 2005 to 2012, Duke provided advisory services to a major land owner in South Florida.
Alton Scavo
Co-Chairman
Alton Scavo served as Executive Vice President, Development and a member of the five person Executive Committee for the Rouse Company (NYSE-RSE), one of the country’s largest and most successful REITs until its sale in November, 2004. At the time of the sale, Al was responsible for the overall development, sales, ongoing operations of land assets, which included large scale master planned communities of Columbia and Fairwood in Maryland, Summerlin, in Las Vegas, Nevada, Bridgelands in Houston, Texas and Rouse’s interest in the Woodlands, in Houston, Texas.
Al’s career includes the development of living and working environments for hundreds of thousands of people and includes the development of arguably the most significant and successful portfolio of large scale planned communities in America. Subsequent after the sale of The Rouse Company, Al and Duke Kassolis founded SK Holdings Real Estate, developing land and commercial real estate in Texas and Florida, typically with the goal of long term ownership. From 2005 to 2012, Al provided advisory services to a major land owner in South Florida. Al has served on the Board of Directors of Johns Hopkins University Medical Systems since 2000.
Robert Lyons
Executive Vice President
Robert Lyons has a diverse background in franchise operations and real estate development. Involved with Consolidated Cleaners since its initial inception, he is responsible for all daily operations and new store development. Robert joined the company from SaniGLAZE International after serving as Vice President of Business Development where he was responsible for developing brand awareness and corporate support for a network of 104 franchises. Prior to SaniGLAZE, Robert was the Regional Project Manager for Crescent Resources, a real estate joint venture between Morgan Stanley and Duke Energy, responsible for acquisition, permitting, construction, sales and amenity operations for master planned developments in Florida and Georgia.
Robert began his career working for exclusive resort developers, Vail Resorts Development Company and the Sea Island Company where a focus on customer service and experience was paramount. He has previously served on the Corporate Board of Directors for the YMCA of Flagler County, and the Treasurer of the Board of Directors for Junior Achievement of SW Florida. He served two terms as a member of the Franchise Advisory Council for Tide Cleaners. Robert has a degree in Finance from the University of Georgia and resides in Naples, Florida with his wife and two children.
Jonathan Kassolis
Executive Vice President
Jonathan Kassolis currently serves as Executive Vice President for Oxford Capital Partners. He joined CCI in 2012 as its Chief Financial Offer and Legal Counsel. He is involved in all aspects of CCI’s daily operations with primary responsibilities focusing on financial matters, taxation, legal and human resource issues. Jon joined the company from RSM McGladrey in Baltimore, Maryland where he practiced Tax Law. He previously held positions at DLA Piper LLP and the Internal Revenue Service. Jon holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Dickinson College, a Juris Doctorate from Nova Law School, and a Masters of Laws in Taxation from the University of Baltimore. He is a member of the Maryland Bar Association and maintains an active license to practice law in Maryland and all federal jurisdictions.
Jon is also President and CEO of SK Holdings Real Estate, LLC., a real estate development firm with income properties and land holdings currently in the State of Florida. He serves on the Board of Directors of Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC and Three60 Holdings, Inc. as well as being the CFO for Three60 Holdings, Inc. He also is a member of the Franchise Advisory Council for Tide Cleaners. Jon resides in Naples, Florida with his wife and three children.

Kailee Huber
Director of Accounting
Kailee Huber joined CCI in 2023 as Director of Accounting. She joined the firm to continue to bolster the platform capabilities with a focus on managing financial activity, authorizing expenditures, preparing month-end and year-end financial reports, and the monitor and enhancement of accounting policies and procedures. In affiliated companies Kailee is the Director of Accounting for Oxford Capital Partners, Carolina Fresh Holdings, LLC, and Three60 Holdings, Inc.
Prior to joining CCI, she worked as an Auditor with RSM US LLP for 5 years, most recently as a Supervisor where she specialized in the Private Club Industry. Kailee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from University of Central Florida and a Masters of Accounting and Taxation degree from Florida Gulf Coast University. She became a licensed Certified Public Accountant in 2020. Kailee resides in Naples, Florida with her husband and child.
Amanda Fagan
Regional Director of Operations

Amanda Fagan began her career while in high school as a part time guest services representative two months after the first Tide Cleaners store opened in Naples in 2013. While attending college, Amanda continued to work for the firm and was promoted to Guest Services Manager of the North Naples store. As the company grew and Amanda’s potential was recognized she continued to take on more complex responsibilities.
Today in her role as Director of Operations, Amanda oversees all Consolidated Cleaners locations with a focus on front of the house operations. In this role she is involved in hiring, training, scheduling, promotions, and all aspects of the business.
Amanda reports directly to the President and CEO and interacts regularly with individual store managers to ensure consistent, efficient, operations, with a particular focus on maintaining Tide Cleaners’ high standards.
Karin Fernandez
Director of Production
In her role as Director of Production, Karin Fernandez works very closely with the General Managers and Production Managers of individual stores with proven consistent leadership skills to assure that Carolina Fresh exceeds our customers expectations. Karin reports to the President and CEO of the company.
Born in Bolivia and raised in Argentina, she immigrated to the United States at 19 and is bi-lingual. She proudly became an America citizen in 2013 and lives with her family in Naples, Florida. Karin’s family includes a son, three daughters, and a grandson. Her oldest daughter serves as a United States Marine, having worked at Tide Cleaners store in Florida. Karin’s two youngest daughters currently work at Tide Cleaners while in high school.
Karin started with Consolidated Cleaners (affiliated company) for 10 years, having worked in all production positions and has participated in the creation of the policy and procedure programs utilized in all the Tide Cleaners store today.
DAVID HOWARD
Regional Director of Operations
Ohio and North Carolina
Dave joined the firm in 2024 as Regional Director of Operations for Ohio and North Carolina. Dave has over 15 years of franchising experience, 10 years with Agile Pursuits Franchising, the franchising arm of Proctor and Gamble, franchisor of Tide Cleaners and Tide Laundromats. Dave began his career with Tide Cleaners as a trainer, progressing over time to Operational Manager, Senior Manager of Operations and Training, and most recently as Director of Corporate Operations responsible for locations in 4 states. Dave attended Northern Kentucky University, majoring in Organizational Leadership and a minor in Psychology. He resides outside of Cincinnati with his wife and children.
